Blue Man Group DVD
Part of a series of DVDs authored from Thomas Mulready's archive from the Performance Art Festival. Presented at Cleveland State University. Menus created and DVDs authored by CM.
Magnetic Levitation Exhibit
Built for the Great Lakes Science Center in Cleveland. A small globe floats in a magnetic field controlled by a light beam. This exhibit showcased in the City Guide of Cleveland Magazine. Designed Chris Yewell.
Light Harp Exhibit
Built as a component for the Magic Music Factory, this exhibit produces musical tones as you pass your hand through invisible infrared beams. The exhibit uses IR detectors, custom electronics and a MIDI sound module
Chelm Properties Web Site

Cleveland Multimedia was asked to re-design this commercial properties web site, while not modifying the original data-base and ASP structure.

Controls For BFG Exhibit
Exhibit Builders of Cleveland requested some technical assistance with this exhibit for BF Goodrich. CM designed and installed sensors, controls and a motor for a large rotating hour-glass.
Brain Game Exhibit
This exhibit correlates various human activities with parts of the brain that control the functions. Electronic controls and computer programming by Chris Yewell.
See & Feel Rhythm Exhibit
Built as a component for the Magic Music Factory, this exhibit explores sound and rhythm, using large translucent drums. For a Flash-based diagram of this exhibit, click here.

Instrument Machine Exhibit
Built as a component for the Magic Music Factory, this exhibit allows users to differentiate musical tone color (timber), by playing an instrument matching game. Programming by Chris Yewell, with graphic design by Tracy Douglas

Musical Building Blocks
Built as a component for the Magic Music Factory, this exhibit interactive game allows children to explore musical scales a note sequences by dragging colored squares into a row.
Shadow Catcher Exhibit
The McKinley Museum called on CM to produce the electronics and audio for one of their new exhibits. The flash from a photo strobe creates shadows that are captured in the phosphorescent walls of the "Shadow Catcher".
See You See Me Exhibit
Another exhibit for the McKinley museum. This standard of all science museums allows two users to blend images of their faces by controlling the light on both sides of a two-way mirror.
Tempo Tunnel Exhibit
Built as a component for the Magic Music Factory, this exhibit lets children control the tempo of a familiar melody by moving through the "tunnel". Infrared sensors and custom electronics make it all possible.
Custom MIDI Interface
Very early in CM's history, a number of MIDI devices were produced and marketed to musicians. While the devices are still in use, CM no longer manufactures them. However, CM sometime makes special-purpose MIDI interfaces for clients.
Custom DVD Controller Program
This Windows-based program controls the functions of a serial-controlled laser disc player. The program has been used by clients who need to convert older laser discs into DVDs. (Can be modified to control new industrial DVD players.)
Air Organ
Built as a component for the Magic Music Factory, this exhibit explains the idea of note duration. Jumbo sized industrial push buttons produce continuous tones or pulsed tones at whole note, half note, quarter note and eight note durations.

Performance Art Fest

DVD Event Timer Program
This PC program controls a five disc DVD player in a museum's theater. Various discs and tracks can be scheduled to play at exact times throughout the week.

Invisible Bells Exhibit
Built as a component for the Magic Music Factory, this exhibit lets kids play un-seen bells by pulling on ropes. Children can produce cords by pulling three or more ropes.
